also, if memory serves me correct, sometimes you will find Banner Commercials with strawed parts - am I remembering correctly?

Yes, ED most, if not all, Mauser Banner Commercials has straw
small parts, but the Police Banners usually should have all salt-
blue parts, but since the Police Banners were assembled in the
plant area that also assembled the commercial guns, it is
possible, I suppose that a straw ejector could have been assembled into a Police E/L.

By the way, I have your excellent book on Police Lugers, and I
find it a great reference on the subject.
