That could be tough to figure out.
I would first replace the extractor spring. May be know your name(first) and location?

I would suspect magazine first. And, possibly the mainspring is a bit too strong.
A few questions to help diagnose: 1. What magazine are you using, original or aftermarket? 2. Does it always fail to hold-open on last round? 3. You mention the problem occurs mostly on last round, suggesting intermittent malfunctions before last round. Can you describe those other malfunctions and their frequency? 4. Did you replace the mainspring or magazine spring? Just asking; too soon to know if replacement is necessary.
