Tough call. There are halos on the barrel number and the toggle pin is white. But the grip frame numbers show no halo and looks just a bit better than the rest.
As to your question on the bore diameter, I'll not go there but hope someone more knowledgeable in such matters chimes in in just minutes before the auction ends.
Overall I'd say that the gun looks very nice and would not hesitate to bid. But then I just can't honestly answer your question on bore diameter. I guess I'd draw a line in the sand that covers some rebluing (but correctly done and without buffing) and see where the bidding goes.
