1899 transitional prototype

Thanks for your comments, Ron. This "prototype" was brought by our table in Reno a little over a year ago, residing in a wooden case. We had a chance to go over it, including taking it down. All the issues mentioned above, and then some, were discussed in private, the bottom line being "caveat emptor". Diplomacy was the order of the day!
