If you want a WAG, I would say that it is a buffed and reblued (over pits and dings) 1900 American Eagle that was presented to somebody who served on the municipal police force in Guadalajara from 1971 to 1973. Is it a good buy?...No. Maybe at half the "buy it now" price, but that's a stretch.
