Although a very small collector a Luger that got "rechambered" or "reblued" is not original, so it has no appealing, period. Then I'm glad to accept your explanation of the word "restored" although in my humble opinion if a Luger with a bad blueing is being "reblued" I would consider it as restored to its pristine condition, but still "restored".
