I have a DWM Luger with a cracked breach block but have been hesitant to buy a used on because it will probably be from a different manufacturer. Has anyone out there personally ever done this before and had the breach block fit?

There is a very good chance a replacement BB will be DWM!!! It should drop right in no problem, but.. have the headspace checked as a matter of safety and piece of mind!.... best to you, tl...lat'r....GT......

As GT stated, an original is one possible solution. One can also purchase an aftermarket breechblock, but it will most likely need to be fitted. It is not overly difficult if you are mechanically inclined. I believe that Tom, maybe GT also, have these for sale. I have used two(2) of these in my shooter Lugers with no problems.
