I agree. It's just not a war adventure on film. It had the power to draw us in, allowing us a chance to attempt to deal with the feelings of war.

http://www.popularmechanics.com/tech...a4600/4325649/ I think tornados are more a real threat than nuclear destruction at this time.

Eric I saw that article before, in fact it's full of useful suggestions that make you think about "collecting Lugers" It's always useful to read it anyway. Thanks again. Sergio

I touched a big chunk of this gold at the Mel Fischer Museum! Also while in Key west, while visiting the Montello fort, met a guy who had worked for Mel before the treasure was located. Since the results up to that point had been nil, this guy, "Gibby", had quit and left the Keys. He said the day before they left, Mel drove up in his old Cadillac. "Let me show you something." Mel opened the trunk, to reveal the anchor! Too bad this guy "jumped ship" when he did... The anchor demonstrated that they were looking in the right place, and the remainder was located soon thereafter! Gibby did not get a cut of the booty.

I represented of the divers and this was my fee! King Phillip IV, 1690 with counter stamp, Potosi mint, Bolivia,The counter stamp was added when King Phillip discovered some were less weight and executed his assayer. They had to be correct weight and those the passed were restruck was this counter stamp in the middle of the reverse. The little round circle in the middle. It was rare to find one with a crack pass inspection. The only one I'v seen that made it by the inspectors with a large crack. The Spanish were perfectionist!
