Luger identifcation /value in current condition

Well, the dished toggle tells us it is a 1900, and the BUG proofs are a commercial marking, not military. It seems to me that the side plate is the only numbered part that is missing, the other stuff is un-numbered and a bit more generic.
Can we see some better photos and the full serial number too?
I'm wondering if some one didn't simply spray paint over the original finish?
