Informaton on P08

We have to destroy the old barrel. I actually can't own ether right now. I have a friend with a probib license who is arranging the transfers so I can get one re-barreled.

I just have a regular restricted license so barrel but be over 4" before it can be transferred into my name. I just happened to come across two, one will get transferred to prohib license holder the other I get. It a real shame and I don't understand the reasoning behind the law but that is just the way it is.
