I believe that this GL "test luger" was discussed recently on the Still Forum. As I recall, it is number 24 which was exposed as the now V5 luger in the Thun Swiss Museum, thus this OCA #24 is probably a mere fantasy luger, so $6000 is a fair price and maybe an overpricing!
