With metal bases and metal followers??? That sounds kind of low...Cote sells the plastic base/plastic follower Mec-Gar for $27.95 [new/blued]...

I have two new Mec-Gars that I will be upgrading with brass followers & G.T.'s aluminum bases that I hope will be worth more than $40 should I sell them...

Mecgar never made metal base magazines? If they did, I'd love to see one?

They did change them recently and I know about that.

But I highly doubt you will get a premium on ebay by listing them as such.

I don't know - OP posted 'all metal'...I take that to mean NO plastic...

Mine are all metal. Either from G.T. or from Magic Metal Shop...
