John, I'm not sure if they are or not. The web site was updated on Sept 29th 2014, so I'm hoping they are fulfilling orders. I've read that the reorganization was a disaster, and they were out of business for a while but were back in business as late as 2013...

BK makes a plastic copy of Tyler's grips (but with two clips instead of one). They seem to have a good reputation -
