Looks like a copy of the "Velo-Dog" revolver.

6.35mm is approximately .25 inches. Years ago I read about a conversion of a .22 rim fire pistol with a center fire Velo-Dog cartridge for shooting competition matches. Does this pistol fire a center fife cartridge?
