This may also affect NYS residents as well. I no longer hunt, but I'm told that Pennsylvania allows NYS hunters to obtain a Penn license for hunting in Pennsylvania [form below]. I was told handguns are included.
I wonder what Kathleen thinks about this...

Well as I have further read into the law, it really doesn't effect me. I am registered (drivers license and have residence in Fla) and have a Fla concealed carry permit. I will have not problem using my CCP in Pa. If you are a Pa resident (Driver license and have residence in Pa. you will not be able to use a Fl. CCP in Pa. You have to have a CCP from the state that you are resident of. What is the problem with that? Its like losing a Drivers License for DUI in the state you reside in and getting a Drivers License in a state you don't reside in.
