If it was refinished, it appears an excellent job. The toggle axle retention pin's end is still in the white, as is the inside of the frame, from what the pics show. It appears to me to have a slightly 'matte" look, which would be evidence of prep/cleaning for a refinish. Check for this with a 10x loupe; look for the surface to be covered with tiny peen marks from the blasting medium. The teeny craters will be everywhere, even down into the stamped markings.

Its current finish is somewhere in 90s percent, IMO, but there are better judges of this number than I.

Since mags for commercials are generally unmarked, or at least not specific to the gun, they should be easier to sell than numbered ones, but for a bit less, I think, as military is the hotter item. You might come out a bit ahead by selling the spare, or maybe just even, compared to keeping it with the gun. They'd be in the $100-200? range??
