If the grips are proofed, and presumed to be "original" then someone just sanded off the checkering after manufacture... they are no where near worth the money being asked...
they wouldn't be worth $25.00 to me... including shipping! The seller deals in a lot of Luger items...and has not fared well for a reputation for authenticity among forum members. Caveat Emptor. Just my $0.02
