I bought this box because i wanted to have a place to store my Luger until i was able to add the appropriate holster. I should have asked the dimensions as it seems it may have been for an artillery Luger? Also, at first I thought it was a lacquer finish on the top, when I received it, it seems its been drawn on the topside.. not sure, but it appears post-war.. " I agree with Doug, "pretty cool box if the price was right.", however you may want to reconsider storing your Luger in a holster long term as the chemicals that are present in the leather may have a disastrous effect on the surface of your pistol. ![]() Lon |
