Hi,

There are some very interesting varitation of Mauser Lugers dated 1940 with strawed parts. The Dutch 1940 (roughly 2551v- 3254v), the Swedish 1940 (roughly in the 6000w-7000w), and the 1940 commercial, to mention a few. The Dutch and Swedish examples all had strawed parts. The 1940 commercial could have either all blued or strawed. I do not know of any 1940/42's with strawed parts.
