Yes and yes. Marked "762, a couple Hebrew letters, and 2/74"... .308 cartridge fits nicely; Parkerized finish I think; bore is bright, shiny, and sharp; outer bearing surface wear show it was installed if not used...Shoot me an email/PM with your email & I'll send pics...
