What is the story on how often the Swiss arsenals refinished their Lugers? I have been told by several who collect only the Swiss that it was common practice for them to call the Lugers back in every so often and 'arsenal refinish' them and that this does not in any way lower the collectable value. I would think that after several bluings that certain stamps and features would get faint. Any thoughts on this?
