Also, the GI's could not get the holster onto their issued web gear so they, often, cut the loops and put two small cuts into the body...then, they inserted a standard wire loop and were able to hang it on their web belt.
Other wise, you had to carry the damn thing in a pack or stuffed into your shirt. Orv Reichert |
