Interesting 7.65mm measurements

I've seen some so so military shooters do very well after measuring the bore and getting the bullets to match. Buddy of mine a few years back loaded his own for a Portugese mod 98 and used to win high power competitions over high dollar guns with it using open sights at 500 yds. Granted, he could shoot but the gun was excellent. Really used to upset some folks.
