HZaJt18 (or at least as much of it as can be crafted into a very small stamp). Heers Zeugamt (army arms depot), Ingolstadt (city of Jngolstadt, note the J pronounced as I), depot number 18. Straight wing eagle, in use after mid-1937.

Indicates a replacement part insalled at the Zeugamt. Weird "double eagle" look is a photographic effect from photographing a very deep stamp under a strongly oblique light source.

Thanks, that solves the mystery! It's pretty impressive how they managed to put that much information into a tiny stamp like that.
