It appears the block was intentionally applied, ... perhaps to pare down the membership rolls and tighten up the qualifications required for status as a participating member ?

I thought I was considered "in" but evidently not.

Well, as you were answering my previous post, I was busily amending it, but your quote caught the previous version.

The error notice, if it is anything to believe, says "this" server meaning the board's server, and then in the same line, says blocked by "this" server's firewall, which I would grammatically regard as referring again to the board's server's firewall. Maybe I am being too literal in my assumption of proper grammar usage by the server's programmers.

Maybe Ed could help ... 'not sure how to contact him ....

I really don't think I've offended anyone, 'don't remember any controversial statements, nor personal remarks, nor arguments .... I'm not generally a confrontational person, and not overly frequent to post.
