Excellent new pictures. My compliments. The ones of the barrel s/n stamping clearly show that it was stamped after the finish was applied, and that it has not been refinished. The "halo" is quite visible on the more reflective first picture of this area. You've got a very good example of a rather rare Luger and rig. It's a wonderful example of it's era and this early military history of the Luger. The construction and finish quality of this Luger is a real testament to what DWM was capable of doing. When I'm 102 years old, I can only hope to look half as good as it does today! Marc
