Extractor says 'Loaded'???

yes the extractor say's loaded, thats part of what is confusing me. I was looking somewhere on this forum & from what I could tell, if safety was in German so should the extractor.not 1 in German & 1 in english. Should this model have hold open on last shot ?I thought it was a commercial model after I did a bunch of reading, but wasnt sure, Thanks for all the help

I think it's safe to say that you've managed to confuse others as well...

Just off the top of my head, I would say you have at least one mismatched part [extractor]. Does your pistol say 'Germany' anywhere on it???

"#118,35 under barrel" is somewhat confusing...Too many numbers for a land dimension; wrong number for a matching serial...I'm guessing it is the barrel serial number, but for a different pistol...
