BTW, if you call the local police where Lugerman lives, they go to his house. I did. They were geared to go. I said, "hang on - I want my attorney to draw papers" (interstate fraud exceeding $x dollars....yada yada)...he did. Got my stuff. Asked police to "stand down". They'll do a drive by in his area. Keep it in mind. Ever deal with Russians? If you have, you know what it's like and generally - unless you're armed - you won't. The only way is to do a "check point Charlie" deal if you know what that is. Otherwise, caveat emptor. Raus.

Well worth commenting by any Russian or any other person for that meter.

But i am here to restore Lugers , however long it takes, and however meany bad comments i get.
