Holster Question

Was wondering if I could get some info on this holster. Only markings I can see are on the back. To the left of the WA mark is a very light 1942 stamping also their is something stamped above the numbers but can't quite make it out. Looks like a OW or CW. I've attached a few scans any info would be greatly appreciated.
