I needed a break from painting my house this afternoon so took a drive up to the gun store for a chat and some window shopping, as soon as I was through the door the store owner told me she had something I might want to look at, and brought out a box of pistols taken in from the estate of a deceased guy.
One mint boxed ppk, one US military 1911 and a Luger in the nicest condition I ever saw, 1916 DWM I would say 90 % blue and near as damit 100% straw no buffing or vague stampings a real stunner. also matching wooden base mag in top condition too, My s/42 looks scrappy compared to it, however Im only licenced for one 9mm so it cant come home with me ![]() ![]() Anyhow, to the point. I found this mag in the lot and picked it up for 300 kroner about 15 bucks I think, its in pristine condition, only s/42 and eagle over 63 stampings. and the spring is twice as strong as the one I have been using (I see the point of the loading tool now) My question is as its not not marked with a serial number is it extra mag not supplied with a new pistol? |

It would have been supplied by an armorer to a Soldier who had lost a magazine that was originally numbered to his pistol.
