The photos are tantalizing but as Jerry states, they are not very useful. From the indistinct images it looks like a nice gun. Are you sure the grip markings are not B.R8.2? The first image looks like there are proof marks on the left side of the receiver. You may have a 1908 First Issue that went to the Bavarian 8th Regiment, but we will need much better photos to tell more.
