First and for most, your Luger needs to be cleaned very well, and lubed well with a good grease(like TW25b etc) on the rails, and a good oil on the other sliding parts. As above, be sure to clean out the breechblock, and also the extractor and its groove. After a good clean and lube, if still having problems, then new springs are in order.
