Marking: S.Op.V.210 (maybe 2L0)

Hello Kurt and welcome to the forum!

The "1918" on top of the receiver is the year your DWM Luger was manufactured.

The "1920" mark is a Weimar Republic property mark (not a date) that indicates it was re-worked after WW-I for use by the police agency Don mentioned.

A Crown over "N" mark would be a commercial Nitro proof, which I wouldn't expect to see on a German military firearm. Is it possible that the pistol was re-proofed in Cz at some later time?

Please post pictures. They will help with identification.

Is there a letter under the "1830" serial number on the front of the frame above the trigger guard? If so, it is part of the serial number.
