Hi Bob,
Dwight Gruber's commercial database shows the lowest reported S#21157 and the highest S#24872. There were two separate runs of 1902 carbines, with Cartridge Counters, German Test, Dutch test, and Fat barrel AE's in the middle. First range: #21157- #22000 Second range: #23460- #24872. Keep in mind, these are reported survivors.
