For all practical purposes, no. Except for antique arms, the import paperwork is mind boggling. and antique guns can be a pain as well. One of the forum members has had considerable experience in importing guns and does not find it particulaly daunting, but it is not for the novice.

Under the latest Swiss gun laws antique is before 1870 only, so in no way a Luger, the paperwork is not that bad just the waiting time before you get it is, some 6 months they are....
