Clark, this refers to the blank toggle, not ones without any acceptance markings. The 'sneak' lugers actually are from the Riffe contract and the DWM was left off.

Here is a post war Mauser Parabellum without serial number and proof markings. It was assembled post-1971 using parts that didn't make it into regular production.
