Gerben, China is certainly a possibility..These products from what I have seen don't look Chinese to me...
One other thing to consider is the reproduction Dutch holster now on eBay..The seller says he is having them reproduced in India.. They are pretty decent looking and a complicated holster to make with all the little metal parts.
