I guess I will have to come to the defense of the much maligned Mitchell luger.
I have had one for years and mine works fine.
However,it is picky about lubrication,type of ammo and how you load the clip.
Would it be my first choice for a personal defense gun? No.
That would be a 1911 variant.

But,if I am just going to the range for a little plinking,its great.
Very accurate and it looks great!
