So the cutout in the case (under the grip in the pic) is not for the grip??? The grip would sit on the two raised 'ribs' to the left of the grip???

OK, now I get it...You need to raise the gun-grip up because of the stock-board being on the bottom...
Of a holstered Borchardt??? Please don't...Unholstered is the only proper way to display a Borchardt...Preferably in high resolution...
