Does this cleaning rod look correct?

I think that at this time, correct since about mid 1920, the Army and the Navy used only the small loop cleaning rods. In most cases a large loop rod will not fit in the rod holder of the Navy or Army holsters of these years. With one exception all my holsters with the rod holder are showing traces of the small loop rod.
It would be nice to read your thoughts about it.

So, what period do think this rod is made?
