Sight tool question

I also have one of these reproductions shown in the first image, although mine is unmarked. It fits both the VoPo 9mm barrel band and the DWM 9mm barrel band (4-inch) like a glove and I used it to adjust the sight on both.

With some fiddling (and a filler piece) it should work with a .30 luger barrel, but I wouldn't recommend it.

Since these fit the VoPo so well, I'm suspecting that these are possibly post war VoPo tools?
