Hi Jim,
If it has not been reblued and all the numbers match except mag, $900 sounds like a good deal to me. Numbered parts: Full S# w/suffix (suffix is under the S#)- front of frame S# w/o suffix- barrel and left receiver Last two digits of S#- side plate, takedown lever, trigger, sear bar, safety bar, thumb safety, firing pin, hold open, rear axle pin, breechblock, extractor, forward toggle, rear toggle. Most grips were not numbered during 1936 production. The mag should have a nickle plated or blued tube with an aluminum bottom. The transition from the nickle tube to the blued tube was mid 1936 around the 'k' block. Two DWE/63 acceptance on the right receiver. Eagle firing proof on right receiver, breechblock and barrel. Be carefull... there addicting.
