Sure is Spencer, a very small "O" Ring under the Grip Screw.

Or a very thin rubber or neoprene washer will work.

As a very temporary fix a few turns around the screws with a thin rubber band will work.

Do not leave rubber washers or bands for a long time or they will deteriorate and stick to the Frame and Grips.
