Has anyone seen these markings before. They are on the righthand side just behind the barrel on a 1921 numbers matching luger.

Dan, looking at Costanzo's book on page 87 he says these eagles (with straight wings) are the DWM military "Dove of Peace" proof. These models were issued to the special police force guarding military installations. Hope this helps.
