What I can see so far is that it is a 1917 (yr made) DWM (manufacturer) that should be in 9mm luger. So, all other parts, internal etc, match the last two of the serial number? Overall, it looks like a very nice piece. Is the stock number there or blank? is there a loading tool in the little pouch on the holster?
