Orv Reichert RIP Join Date: Jun 2002 Location: SW Washington State Posts: 339 Thanks: 0 Thanked 0 Times in 0 Posts	CRACKED SLIDES almost all the cracked slides I have seen were on SVW45-46 French made guns or the Postwar slides. Probably due to a failure in the heat treating process? In the postwar years, they changed the dimensions of the slide to address this problem.
