C&R bound books (?)

Be aware that some BATFE Agents don't consider a loose leaf notebook a " bound book ". I'm not going to tempt fate!!

I have been using the one from Surplusrifle.com since I got my license in 2000. The pages are two hole punched and in a cover with two of those little brass tab thingys that you put thru the hole and fold back the tabs.

When I got inspected last year the ATF agent commented that he had never seen a book like that before, but it has all the information needed in it and looks just like the example in the BATF book. He said it was ok to use!
