Follow-on to "Noob with first Luger"

Hello I am a newbe at this. I Purchased a commercial Luger with custom bone type grips and custom holster. Using your site so far I have these marks on this pistol. Proof 2 number 15. Proof 2 number 19 and suffix K under 6935 under the barrel. Says made in Germany with corresponding numbers 35 on parts other than one with 91. Also has the scroll which you show on several photos on top of pistol. the holster is hand tooled with long horn steer and lined manufactured by Heiser Denver. So am I dating this correctly around 1916. My 2nd problem is when I try to **** to fire the latch on the side works it's way loose. I will not be loading it until I get some answers. If any one can help please reply. NO one here in Placerville CA knows how to fix this problem. Thanks Betty
