Default Re: ODD LOADING TOOL

Jerry,

sure do wish that I could see a picture of the tool that you are talking about. I don't happen to have the particular book that you mentioned.

From reading Tomh's comment I can understand someone wanting an artilleries adjustment tool. But I can also understand not wanting to mess with a loading tool. Original sight adjustment tools are not that hot either. They are made of brass which breaks easily. Simpson used to have an adjustment tool that was made of stainless steel that I thought might have been better. But he sold out of them and never restocked them. Maybe he found that they scratched the bluing. Maybe they didn't sell so well.

Lugers have a lot of odd ball accessories. I remember looking at a Luger bore brush. I could not figure out what it was at first. I thought that it was an old Mosburg .410 shotgun chock. By the time I went through my books and discovered what it was, it was stolen from the dealers table. Oh man, if I could only take back some things that I bought and buy some things that I walked away from.

Sorry for the rambling. I stayed up too late celebrating the new year.
