I know this is OT with the Nambu pistol, but have you ever shot yours? Some of the early pre-war nambus are really nice and a pleasant pistol to shoot with the 8mm round. Since Orv has given you the disassembly instructions, you have already taken it apart by now and found it is easy.


The biggest problem I have found with the Nambu is the weak springs. It seems the Japanese could not make springs that would last. The firing pin spring usually needs to be replaced if you are going to fire the pistol. let us know how the disassembly went.
